I reached out directly to Thetford to get the answer for you, and found out the weight capacity is 300 lbs for the Thetford Aqua-Magic Style II RV Toilet # TH49FR.

You can corner set the Dometic Part-Timer RV Toilet (310 Series) #DOM57FR. You will need 10" as measured from the wall to the center of the hole. Please note the attached image and the installation video.
