No, those do not but we have do have a couple of V-bar Titan chains that fit 275/70-R18 tires. They are the Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains for Wide Base Tires item # TC3829 or item # TC3829CAM if you are interested in a set with built in cams.

In most cases only a link or two extra is hanging which would be enough to swing and hit anything on your vehicle. If there were more links than that dangling Titan recommends removing them to prevent damage like you mentioned.
