It does not come with hardware so you will need to acquire 1/2"-20 self-tapping bolts separately for installation.

The weld on bracket you are looking for your Fulton F2 jack is the part #F500277. This is the correct size weld on bracket for your trailer jack.

That is a good question. At this time I am also unable to find any 1/2"-20 bolts that are self-tapping to install the #LC349975. My suggestion would be to drill and tap the holes separately and use regular 1/2"-20 bolts.
