To replace your Dometic Duo-Therm 57915.622 you can use one of the following from Advent, depending on the color you want:

- White: Advent Air Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Dometic Setup # ACDOM135

- Black: Advent Air Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Dometic Setup # ACDOM135B

These are both 13,500 Btu units just like your current AC and have a start capacitor to ensure they always have the energy needed to start up when needed.

Does this come with the lower unit as well? Or may I use my old one? If I can not use my old lower unit, what is the correct part for the lower unit. I also have a Duo-therm 57915.622.

@Jason The # ACDOM135 and # ACDOM135B would only be the rooftop unit and a start capacitor. Your Brisk Air model should have a metal controller box that you'll need to find. This can be mounted in the to the air distribution box (lower unit) or inside of the rooftop unit. If it's inside the rooftop unit you would need to remove it and mount it either in the hole or to the air distribution box. The controller should have a white connector that's either 6-pin or 9-pin (pictured above). If it has a 9-pin connector you'll need an adapter # ACCOLKIT to connect either of these units. This adapter does terminate the heat pump function so if your model has that you'd want to replace it with a Dometic model, which would likely require also replacing the lower unit. AC units are in a big transitional phase right now with new EPA regulations so a lot of newer equipment is getting to a point where it isn't cross compatible. Let me know what you find or if you'd rather just replace the whole system and I'd be happy to help.

@KevinC thank you Kevin, going to see if some new capacitors solve my issue. If they don't correct my ACs amp overdraw condition, I'll likely replace the entire unit. What's your recommendation for an entire unit, that would be a direct fit?

@Jason If you're replacing the entire system then I recommend either the Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System # FR95PV (wall mounted thermostat) or Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System # FR52PR (controls on air distribution box) depending on whether or not you want to have a wall mounted thermostat or not. I do A LOT more troubleshooting for Dometic and Advent Air compared to Furrion. Furrion's systems are also a bit more user friendly compared to Dometic and Furrion's customer service is drastically easier to get in contact with than other brands. In my experience Dometic has been hard to reach but is on par with Furrion's technical knowledge. Hopefully the new capacitors help solve the issue. If you need anything else just let me know and I'd be happy to help.
