Replacement Mounting Brackets for a Westin HDX Grille Guard on a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado 2500

i have A 2005 CHEVROLET 2500, 3/4 TON, I HAVE AN OPTION TO BUY A WESTIN GRILL GUARD, WHERE DO THEY SHOW THE S/N OR MODEL ON GRILL, IT DOES LOOK LIKE A HDX MODEL WITH NO TAG, I AM LOOKING FOR THE BRACKETS ALSO?

Well the bad news is, they really don't. Identifying grille guards is not a fun task, unless you know the make/model of the grille guard already.

It is a little easier if you know what vehicle the grille guard came off of (the year/make/bodystyle). It has to be pretty much off of the exact same vehicle you are wanting to use it on. That is because the mounting hardware for grille guards is specific to both the grille guard and vehicle.

According to the manufacturer the Westin HDX Grille Guard with Punch Plate # 57-1915 will fit the LD version of the 2005 Chevrolet 2500. If you have the HD, there is not a Westin HDX that fits and therefore there are not brackets that fit.

If you have the LD, the correct mounting kit is the Replacement Mounting Hardware Kit for Westin HDX Grille Guard # 57-191PK.
