Is The Thule TracRac Ladder Rack Compatible With The T-Slots Of A RetraxPRO XR Cover

I have a 2022 F150 Raptor with a RetraxPRO XR with T-Slot rails. Is the Thule TracRac Ladder Rack compatible? I am looking to use the system for Kayaks. Thank you!

The Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH43002XT-508 unfortunately isn't a compatible match with a RetraxPRO XR tonneau cover. The Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack for Tonneau Cover # Y01151-5855 you were looking at would be a confirmed fit though. This rack will come with a adapters that can mount into the t-slots of the cover for easy installation and adjustment to haul various items, like your kayaks.

The HD crossbars come with tie-down points on each end to help secure the items you're hauling. If you need a kayak carrier I recommend either the Rhino-Rack Kayak Roof Rack # S512 for one kayak or Rhino-Rack Kayak Roof Rack # S512-S512X for two kayaks.

On a similar note, I'm wondering about the Thule tracrac pro 2. Do you know if there's a way to mount the Thule tracrac pro 2 to the Realtruck/Truxedo elevate T-slot rail system?

@AsaP The T-Rac Pro2 Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH37002XT would mount the same way as the Elevate system so there unfortunately would not be a way for the two to work together. What do you currently have installed and what's your end goal?

@KevinC Understood, thanks for the info about how the T-RAc pro 2 mounts. I currently have a Truxedo Sentry CT installed on my Toyota Tacoma 2024. My hope is to find a ladder rack, ideally with some over-cab extension, that can fit to the truck while the Truxedo cover is still installed. I have some backup approaches in mind, but just trying to see if this idea is possible. Thanks again

@AsaP Since the TruXedo Sentry CT's rails sit within the bedrails of the Tacoma you'd only be able to use the Elevate ladder rack, which has rails that clamp between the bedrails of the Tacoma and the rails of the cover. The only other alternative would be to switch to a cover with t-slots and a ladder rack like the Yakima OverHaul HD w/ Tonneau Cover Adapter # Y01151-5755. It would be much more expensive to switch the cover out too so I'd go with the Elevate rack.
