Engine oil coolers are not vehicle specific so can use any one that will fit in the space available in the engine compartment. Based on what I could find on the motor in your 2010 Honda Accord, it uses a 20x1.5mm filter thread and 2-1/2 inch diameter O-ring. For those sizes you will need to use kit # D15604 since the other kit, # D15602, does not have the proper O-ring size.
