Question:

The system no longer attempts to ignite and the fan no longer blows when water is turned on. Flame is not being activated. Fuse is fine and have good gas flow.

It's definitely that your Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater # FR93FR won't light even though you've already checked the gas pressure. Is the wall thermostat giving you any error codes? The only other factors that you can control is the power and the water pressure so I would check at the unit that it's actually receiving 12v DC power to properly operate. If it's receiving less it could have enough power to turn on and act like it's functioning but not enough to actually kick on and operate when you call for hot water.

From there I would check that your water pressure is around 40-55psi so that there's enough pressure for it to sense that you're calling for more water. This most likely isn't the problem since you would notice a lot of sputtering at your faucet since the pressure isn't high enough, but it's best to just rule it out.

It could also be a faulty wall thermostat # FR48NR miscommunicating with the unit. I would check your connections to see if they are loose or corroded. It should be giving you an error code if the unit isn't working so it leads me to believe there is some sort of breakdown with the thermostat, whether it's the circuit board or the wiring that communication passes through. Has your RV had any electrical surges possibly?

Other than that we really can't do much more troubleshooting-wise and you would need to reach out to Furrion as there is most likely something wrong internally with the unit.

@BuddyR You'll want to have a qualified technician check the propane pressure and possibly adjust your regulator or clean it to ensure the unit is getting 11" W.C. for proper flow. Is the thermostat giving you an error code or even lighting up?
