Air Bag Kit and Compressor Kit Recommendation for a 2022 Ram 3500 4x4

Question:

I have a 2022 Ram 3500 DRW, Big Horn, 4x4, Cummins that I want to put auto leveling rear air suspension on. I was looking through the bags and compressors that you have and am a bit overwhelmed at the sheer number of options. I want a system that will automatically level the truck without me being required to hit any buttons, etc. to initiate the airbag inflation. I understand that this means I will need airbags and an on board compressor. Is there any way you could narrow it down to perhaps one or two choices? I do have a budget, but if there is a system that is hands down better than the other options out there, I will increase my budget accordingly.

For your application I recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite air bags since they are the best quality on the market. These air bags are compatible with your truck unless it has a factory suspension, and they come in these supporting weight ratings (they won't increase your weight capacity):

- Standard 5,000 lbs # F2615
- Red Label 7,500 lbs # F2710

I personally like to recommend the Red Label just because the higher weight capacity means you won't be stressing them out as much with heavier loads, plus it won't take as much air to get them where you need them with lighter loads.

Then for a self-leveling compressor kit there unfortunately aren't any options, but we do have some other kits that are easy enough to use, and the options referenced below come with an air tank as well so you can use the included hose to pull air from the tank for things like your tires:

- Single Path # F2543
- Dual Path # F49VV

Dual path is the better way to go because it monitors and adjusts each air bag individually which is helpful when you of off-centered loads, while single path is good for even loads. I like the dual path better but if you mainly plan on using th truck to haul consistent things like dirt, gravel, and lumber then single path will be just fine.

I'm attaching some videos of these systems for you to check out.
