Question:
My fantastic fan only works on low, setting one. Mine is the basic, on 1,2,3,4 off 2,3,4 starts moving then stops right away. Dealer has sent 2 boards, same problem. I have 13.3 volts coming in. PC 10B04301K whats going on, the dealer installed same fan in bedroom vent, no problems.

If the control board has been replaced on your Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent # FV807350 and it's still acting up and you're not having the same problem with the other one then it could be because of one of the following things:
You have good voltage so the other half of this would be the ground connection. A faulty or loose ground can have electronics acting strangely and even allow some settings to function while others can't, like you've been experiencing. I recommend checking the connection to ensure it's going to bare metal and that it's fully secure.
The next thing could simply be the motor. The motor might be able to function at the lowest setting but as it gets higher can't handle it and kicks off. There isn't much you can do to fix this besides simply replacing it. The # FVK8017-00 is the correct replacement for the following models: FV800800, FV801200, FV801250, FV802250, FV803350, or FV807350.
One other thing that I've noticed has caused a lot of problems for others has been the rain sensor. It has the power to cut the vent off so when they go bad it causes all sorts of issues. It's possible that the higher speeds are either vibrating the sensor or just the increase in power draw is setting it off and cutting power to the vent. You can reach out to Dometic to get a replacement but in the meantime I recommend turning it off to see if that solves the issue.
In order to disabled the rain sensor you will need to hold the up/down arrow on the remote for three seconds until you see the light illuminated under the "Rain Sensor Off" label.
