The Bulldog Winch Hitch Mounted Winch Mounting Plate with Handles # BDW20011 is a pretty universal fit but I have some things for you to double check with your Ramsey RE12000 winch prior to using this for your winch as I wasn't able to find any specs on that winch.

This mounting plate uses a 10" x 4-1/2" bolt pattern, the base measures 12-5/8" long x 8-5/16" wide, and then the distance between the handles measures 26-5/8". As long as your winch fits within these specs you'll be good to go!

Attached is a review video and dimensional photo for you to check out. If this won't work just let me know what the specs are for your winch and I'll be happy to help you look for an alternative.
