Troubleshooting Air Lift WirelessOne Compressor System Cycling On and Off Constantly
Question:
Hello, I ordered a WirelessOne and Loadlifter 5000 kit and am having trouble with compressor randomly kicking on. I do not have the ignition wire hooked up not sure if that matters or not and I have added an ON/OFF switch because it was coming on so much the compressor and module are installed in back seat of 2022 F150 It seems to be worse when there is less pressure in the bags 5 PSI- every 2-3 min it kicks on for a few seconds, then with more pressure in the bags 15-30 PSI, every 10-15 min it kicks in for a few seconds. I have looked for leaks with soap and water, replaced fittings and hoses, installed sleeves where they run through the frame, and still am having problems. Wondering if the bags themselves could be bad, or the module. They have been installed for 2 weeks now. Any help is appreciated, Thanks!

It sounds like the issue may be with the manifold module on your Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System # AL25980. First I recommend checking the module for any error codes or if any updates are available. I have linked the instructions below which will cover checking the troubleshooting codes and checking for any updates. Be sure to also check the air line at the barb connector leaving the compressor. It only takes a small imperfection at any of the air fitting connections to cause a leak and being as the compressor cycles more with lower pressures. This is a typical sign of a leak at the push connect fittings as with higher pressure they try to separate and create a stronger connection with the higher pressure.
