Is there a hitch that mounts behind the bumper cover for the 2023 GMC Acadia? I have the AT4 model. I want the hitch to be hidden when I am not using it.

Yes, there is a hitch for your 2023 GMC Acadia AT4 that mounts behind your rear bumper. It is the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver item # 76023.This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your GMC with included hardware.
I really like the Draw-Tite hitch because it installs behind your rear bumper cover and can be completely hidden when you are not towing.
The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver item # 76023 is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver and weighs 32 lbs. It has a 4,500 lbs towing capacity, and a 675 lbs maximum tongue weight. It can be used with a weight distribution system.
I have linked a couple of pictures below along with an installation video so you can see what this hitch looks like when installed.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # 118720 for a 4-Way or item # 118276 for a 7-Way and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
