If you're getting no sound with your Furrion RV Stereo # DV3300SBL I'd first start by checking the volume and mute settings. From there check to ensure you have the output set to a zone, otherwise the stereo won't send anything to the speakers.

If you still can't get sound then I recommend pulling the unit from the wall and pulling the fuse located in the back out and letting the stereo fully shut down and reset. After a few minutes you can place the fuse back in and try the stereo again.

You can also check the power running to your speakers using a multimeter # PT89ZR to see if the stereo is actually putting anything out. If there's power running to your speakers and still no sound then the speakers are the issue. If there's no power running to the speakers then the stereo is most likely the cause and will need to be replaced.

@ElizabethH Most RV stereos will have a faceplate that can be removed, revealing the mounting screws that hold the stereo in place. The lower half of the DV3300SBL has openings on the sides to help pop off the cover. You can use a small flathead screwdriver but you'll want to be careful not to scratch the cabinet or stereo.

Had two furrions that had no sound, after replacement, several tests and check, found that the makers of these radios put a plug in the “ear phone port”, if pushed in it cancels the speaker out put… what where they thinking? I pulled out this very small plug. Works now!

@Jerry I had not heard of that happening to any one before and I completely agree with the sentiment that it shouldn't be that way. Thanks for info!

@KevinC this worked for me as well. I’ve been experiencing intermittent issues with the outside speakers not working. Yesterday, the inside speakers stopped working. After resetting, the inside speakers resumed. Still no luck with the outside speakers.
