Hello. I have GMC Sierra 2020 and 7 RV plug on it when I check whit light tester in my 7 pin truck and put reverse no power on pin for reverse why....

The trailer backup or reverse light fuse on a 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 is located in the engine bay fuse box, #54 which is labeled "Trailer reverse lamp". If the fuse is bad then replace this and that should then get the lights working again but if not you'll really have no other option but to take the truck into the dealer to see what's wrong as it's likely a computer issue which we cannot assist with.

The only part of this system that we offer available for replacement is the trailer connector which you can use the 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket (discard metal bracket) part # HM40975 for this.
