Hello I need replacement hinges for the Sears Sport 20 SV rooftop cargo carrier the number on the broken hinge is pa6 gf 351 do you have something that will work?

The Replacement Dual Force Strut for Thule Roof Box # TH14933 will fit your Sears SUV20 cargo box.

It is recommended to change both at the same time to have a better performance out of the hinge. These are a universal hinge confirmed to fit by the manufacturer. The original hinge is no longer made.

The Hardware kit part #TH05603 will work for your 28-7271 model Sport Rack cargo box. The hardware kit will fit bars up to 1-1/2 inches tall by 3-3/4 inches wide when the kit is installed.

Thanks for the pictures! Sorry to say but Thule stopped making replacement parts for their Adventurer cargo boxes quite awhile ago. The only Thule parts that still work with it are the lock cores like item #TH450200.

The difference between the Thule hinges or struts #TH14936 and #TH14933 is the spring tension. Both of these hinges will work for your Sears X Cargo Sport 20 lid. However, the #TH14936 includes better springs.

If the hinge/strut of your Sportrack Box SR7040 looks like the part #TH14933 then it would work but we don't have an extensive list of all of the older Sportrack boxes this fits. We know most of them but not all of them unfortunately.
