The Advent Air RV Air Conditioner w/ Air Distribution Box and Wall Thermostat - 15,000 Btu - White # ADV64FR has a starting wattage of 2,800 watts. Advent Air was unable to give me a running wattage but it's typically half of the starting wattage so you'd be looking at roughly 1,400 watts.
As for the Heat Strip Electric # ACMHD, he didn't have a definitive answer but stated it was roughly 6-12 watts.
