Hitch Recommendation for 2017 Toyota Highlander XLE

I have a 2017 Toyota Highlander XLE and I need to have a trailer hitch installed on it. Second, which would be the best trailer hitch to have installed on my car?

For a great hitch that fits your vehicle, I recommend going with the Curt Hitch - 2" # C13394. This hitch comes with a superior gloss outer coat over the base powder coat that gives you more protection against rust/corrosion than our other brands. Additionally, it comes with a hidden design with a concealed crosstube. With this fitment, you do not need to worry about a bulky design. On top of that, it is assembled 100% in the U.S.A. It is important to note that this hitch will fit full-size spare tires under the vehicle unless you have the spare has an aluminum rim.
If you need a wiring harness as well, that is the Curt T-Connector # C56217 (if you do not have a tow package) or the # 56042 (if you do have a factory tow package). These harnesses will provide your trailer with basic turn signal, running light, and brake light functions.
