Replacement Trailer Axle with 86" Hub Face Measurement and 70" Spring Seat Measurement
Question:
My measurements for the Hub vac, 86, and Spring center, 70inch slightly exceed the measurements for your 89inch axle. Will it work for my trailer or do you have something closer.

While we do have a closer option for you than the etrailer Axle # e65GR, the axle has a higher weight capacity than you need. That is the Dexter Axle Beam - 5,200 # 8327816. With this axle, if you want to use idler hubs, that is the # 008-213-9B. When using these 5,200 pound parts, I recommend checking with the trailer manufacturer to confirm whether the rest of your trailer can withstand 5,200 pounds of weight. If your trailer is constructed for less weight capacity, you will be limited to that maximum weight capacity even with 5,200 pound axle components.
It is important to note that the hub face to hub face measurement on the # 8327816 is 86-1/2". I recommend checking to make sure that your trailer/fenders can accommodate this extra 1/4" on each side. Additionally, with the 74" spring center to spring center measurement, you will need to take the axle to a welder to install the spring seats to your 70" location on the axle.
I went ahead and attached a diagram that shows the hub face and spring seat measurements on the # 8327816.
