While we do have a tuner that boosts horsepower on your 2000 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 5.9L Magnum, the Flashpaq F5 # SU3845 and the California-approved version # SU4845 come with tunes that only recalibrate your settings for tweaking shift points, shift firmness, and TQ management. It also comes with monitoring capabilities and active fuel management control. As far as horsepower, while you can see an increase in performance, you may only notice a slight increase in power.
