Is The Thule TracRac Compatible With A Peragon Tonneau Cover

Does the slide rail work with a Peragon retractable covers?

I did some online research and I found out the Peragon tonneau covers leave the stake pockets uncovered. You need the stake pockets to install the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack w/ Cantilever - 1,250 lbs, part # TH43001XT-501EX. The base rails of the Thule TracRac are 4-3/4" in width. It should fit in theory but I can not guarantee the fit. But if it does fit, the slide rail will work without any issues.
