Troubleshooting Power to Furrion Camera System on 2021 Silverado

Question:

I bought the furrion vision S camera system to install on travel trailer that is prewired. I followed the instructions, it appeared very simple but the system isn't working even though I show there is voltage going to it. Then I was told there are issues with some trucks and you need to have some type adapter. Is this my problem, I have a 2021 Chevy 2500.
