My friend sold his fusion and gave me his 12091 hitch. He managed to lose the bag with the hardware. Can I buy the hardware pack separately?

You will want to go to that product page and on the right side you will want to put in Curt for the manufacturer and C12091 for the Hitch item Number. This will get you a new set of hardware for your 2018 Lincoln MKZ. I linked a couple of installation videos on an older model MKZ.
