Cable Lock that Can be Keyed Alike for Multiple Locks
Question:
Re: Camco Power Grip Cable with Lock Item # CAM44290 Is it possible to get two of these cable locks so that they are keyed alike. In other words, two cables total with 4 keys all keyed the same? Thats my first question. The second question is, would this be suitable for also locking a spare tire to a tire rack on the back of my Class B? Thanks.

The Camco Power Grip Cable with Lock # CAM44290 is not available to be keyed alike to another lock. By keyed alike they are referring to the two keys that come with the lock being able to unlock that one lock. If you were to buy 2 locks, there is no way that we can ensure that the keys from one lock would work on the other and more than likely they will not because there are a few different key numbers out there for these locks.
We do have the etrailer Cable Lock # e98891 which has the option to be keyed alike for multiple locks, but it is a different style since its main purpose is not intended for locking a power cable. To order keyed alike locks, select "Keyed Alike" from drop-down menu and enter number of locks in Quantity box.
As far as locking the spare tire to a tire rack, I do not see why either of these options would not work as long as you have a gap/hole to feed the lock through to secure the tire and the rack together.
