I recommend the Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains # PW2028C for your 2018 Ford F-150 XLT Super Cab with the 275/65R18 wheels and tires. These cables will have the longest warranty(90 days) of any of the cables available for your F-150.

The manufacturer recommends using adjusters like the Glacier Rubber Adjusters # PW99. These will help to ensure that the cables stay tight on your tires while you are driving.
