For your 2015 Ford F-250 Super Duty 4x4 towing a travel trailer, the best option for Air Lift air bags are their standard, 5,000 lb capacity option, with the correct part number for your truck being the following:
- Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57396
These have a 5,000 lb capacity, and for a travel trailer that's going to be the perfect amount of support for your F-250; the weight at the rear won't be to the point where a higher-rated air bag is needed. So you don't need the more expensive air bags that are rated for more weight as you just won't see the benefit. The Air Lift # AL57396 will do a great job helping your truck's suspension while also giving you the best overall value.
The one thing I do recommend, to ensure your air lines are cut perfectly straight during the installation, is using the Air Hose Cutter # AL10530. After you have the air bags installed, a compressor is a very good idea as it makes keeping them maintained much, much simpler. The best option for these air bags is a wireless system:
- Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Bluetooth - EZ Mount # AL58WQ
The # AL58WQ is the easiest system to use, as it only requires your smartphone to run. It will keep your air bags inflated automatically to the pressure that you set, and even comes with a U-bolt clamp for the compressor so you don't have to drill into your F-250's frame to install it.
