Since the system was already working and all of sudden is causing issues for you I suspect that you may be pulling too much solar power for your battery bank causing an overcharge error or a separate system, like your alternator is also charging your battery bank and causing a voltage spike which would also cause a flashing error. One way to test this is to cover up your panels and use your battery bank to power something for a bit and see if the voltage drops and the error clears.
If your Go Power PWM Solar Charge Controller with Bluetooth - LCD Digital Display - Dual Bank - 30 Amp - 12V # 34276119 is flashing and also presenting an error code it will be much easier to determine the cause of the malfunction.
A P01 error code indicates a polarity reverse error from the solar panel, which means either the negative wire has been applied to the positive post of the controller or there is a connection issue between the panel and the controller. You'll want to check the solar input for a negative voltage at the controller with a multimeter like the # PT89ZR. If it shows negative then the polarity is reversed and will need to be reversed.
A P02 error indicates that the solar voltage coming to the controller exceeds 26.5 volts. You can check the output of the solar panel with a multimeter. If your panels are producing an excess amount of voltage then you can wire in an additional # 34276119 in parallel to increase the capacity. I also recommend checking the wiring of your panels to ensure they are correctly wired. Panels wired in series will double the voltage running to the controller.
A B01 error indicates a low battery voltage at the solar controller. First ensure the batteries are fully charged. If they are fully charged and you still see this error then your wiring could be incorrect. If the wiring is good then check to ensure you have 12v at the controller from the battery input using the # PT89ZR multimeter. If there is no voltage the inline fuse on the positive solar line could be blown and will need to be replaced.
A B02 error indicates a polarity reverse error from the battery which means that the negative wire from the battery has been applied to the positive post of the controller. You'll want to ensure the wires are in the correct positive and negative posts.
A B03 error indicates an overcharge issue at the battery. Measure the battery's voltage with the # PT89ZR multimeter. If the battery is measured overcharged then the charging source is putting too much power to the battery. It could be the solar controller, alternator, or a converter charger. You'll need to check to ensure all wiring is configured correctly.
If after checking all of this you still experience issues with your Solar Charge Controller # 34276119 I recommend reaching out to Go Power directly to file a warranty claim as these controllers come with a 5-year manufacturer warranty.
