For your 30,000 BTU wall mounted heater you will need to use a dual-stage propane regulator. The correct regulator will be the MB Sturgis Vertical 2-Stage Propane Regulator - 11" Water Column Outlet # 108220. You will need a vertical regulator if your is mounted upright and the vent is on the bottom.
If you need a horizontal regulator, the MB Sturgis Horizontal 2-Stage Propane Regulator - 11" Water Column Outlet # 108221 will also work for your heater. You will need a horizontal regulator if your regulator is mounted sideways and the vent on the side points down.
