We have all of the parts you need!

To be able to tow a trailer with your 2021 Chrysler Pacifica non-hybrid that does not have the tow package you will need a trailer hitch receiver, a vehicle wiring harness, and a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip.

Starting with the trailer hitch receiver I recommend going with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C65CR due to it being made here in the USA, and having a hidden crosstube meaning once installed that the only visible part of the hitch will be the receiver itself as you can see in the included picture. This hitch as a 400lb tongue weight rating and 4000lb trailer weight rating making it a great option for towing, though you will need to check the towing capacity of your vehicle in the owner's manual and use the lower rating between the vehicle and hitch.

Moving on to the vehicle wiring harness you will need to know which style vehicle your Pacifica is, for example if you have a touring model you will need the # C56399, or if you have a limited model you will need the # TK96FR instead. If you are not sure which model your Pacifica is just send me the 7th digit of your VIN and I can identify it for you so you get the correct harness.

Lastly for a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip I recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900 as it includes two hitch balls, a 1-7/8" and 2", two ball mounts, a 1" rise/2" drop and a 2" rise/4" drop, along with a hitch pin and clip and carrying case.

I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.

My 2020 Pacifica didn't come with towing package. I see lists of things ones needs to install the hitch, but I'm not seeing transmission cooler or anything to improve the engine cooling. When i added a hitch to a previously owned 2013 Town and Country, i had to add a transmission cooler too. I think it's a Limited. My VIN is .

@CarolynL You do not have to add a transmission cooler to your 2020 Chrysler Pacifica. I checked out the owner's manual and they do not mention one anywhere in there. The only tips they say are: To reduce potential for engine and transmission overheating, take the following actions: City Driving In city traffic — while stopped, place the transmission in NEUTRAL (N), but do not increase engine idle speed. Highway Driving ? Reduce speed. ? Temporarily turn off air conditioning. You can find this on page 297 of your owner's manual.
