Yes, the Ultimate Trailer Jack - A-Frame - Topwind - 27-1/2" Lift - 2,000 lbs # 322-RDJ-2K you were looking at can be removed from the mounting bracket by removing the keeper pointed out in the included diagram, and then removing the foot.
After that you can just lift up and remove the jack from the base.
