Can I Use the Insta-Gator Truck Bed Rack with an E-Bike with a Front Fender?

Thule bike insta gator for truck bed. Will having a front fender not allow this to work?

Here at etrailer, we strongly recommend not attaching fork mounts to bikes with fenders. We have heard of some horror stories about cracks and damage to bikes with this type of mount. However, bikes can be mounted to the Thule Insta-Gater Pro Truck Bed Bike Rack - 1 Bike # TH93VR by the front or the rear wheel. Since your rear wheel does not have a fender, I recommend attaching the rear wheel to the Insta-Gater fork mounts to transport your bike. It might be a bit more complicated to bypass the derailleur and the rear bike chain plate, but it will still attach.
