Where To Mount SiriusXM Vehicle Tuner Antenna SXV300V1 In 2017 Jayco Greyhawk 29MV Class C RV
Question:
Hi, I have a 2017 Jayco 29MV Greyhawk Class C RV. Your install video shows mounting the antenna in a front compartment. This indicates you are installing on a Class A diesel or gas pusher RV. Where do you recommend antenna installation on a Class C RV with the engine in the front such as my unit?

The best place to mount the antenna of the SiriusXM Vehicle Tuner with Magnetic Mount Antenna # SXV300V1 is on the roof as that is the best place for it to have a constant line of sight to the satellite, but if your roof is not magnetic you will need to get a bit creative.
We chose the front compartment on motorhome you mentioned since the engine was in the rear of that specific motorhome, but since your 2017 Jayco Greyhawk 29MV Class C has the engine in the front you will likely have quite a bit of interference.
I would mount the antenna on the ceiling on the inside away from any other antennas. The fiberglass roof will not obstruct the signal to the antenna.
I included a video of the # SXV300V1 for you to take a look at.
