Air Lift Air Bag Kit for 1989 Dodge Ram W250 with 4 inch Lift
Question:
I have a 1989 w250. Previous owner put a 6inch lift up front and a 4inch in the rear and Im looking to be able to haul with it and correct my squat.

The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 part # AL57215 that you referenced is the correct fit for your 1989 Dodge W250 and since you have a 4 inch lift out back you'd also need the lift spacer # AL52440 and you'd be set. The spacer takes up the extra space created by the lift to allow the bag to engage like it needs to.
