It sounds like you're needing a weight distribution system and suspension enhancements for your 2019 Ram 1500.
For the weight distribution, I recommend the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System w/ 4-Point Sway Control, part # EQ37120ET. It fits 2" hitches and can handle tongue weights between 800 and 1200 pounds. The sway control provides a controlled, even ride. I've linked to a video review of this system for you to look at.
For the suspension, because the Equal-i-zer can handle up to 1200 pounds, you don't need to add any enhancements. However, if you'd still prefer air bags, I recommend the Air Lift 1000 Heavy Duty Air Helper Springs, part # AL60818HD. They have a load capacity of 2100 pounds, and you can adjust the air pressure between 5 and 50 psi. I've linked to a video review of these as well.
