Recommended Class S Snow Tire Chains for 245/70-19.5 Tires for Emergency Use
Question:
Im looking for a recommendation for snow chains. I have a 35ft Class A Thor Hurricane Motorhome with 245/70 R19.5 tires. The RV is built on a Ford F53 chassis. The manual for it recommends class S chains. These would be for emergency use only, I dont see myself doing much driving in the snow. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

We do have a set of really good snow tire chains that are Class S for clearance and fit your 245/70-19.5 tires. The chains I recommend for you are the Titan Chain Cable Snow Tire Chains # TC2028.
These are technically cables, which is exactly what you want for emergency use only, as standard chains would be much more expensive and if you only need them in a pinch, there's no reason to fork out more cash than needed (while also getting something that will actually work).
These Titan chains have a ladder pattern which means they are especially good for starting and stopping, which is important when driving an RV. I have added a link below to a video review for you to check out as well of the Titan Chain Cable Snow Tire Chains # TC2028.
