Which Side of the Trailer Does the Left Brake Assembly go on Driver's or Passenger's Side

Is left side of trailer match with driver side of vehicle towing. Does that make longest lining in rear?

Yes the Left side of a brake assembly will go on the driver's side of the trailer. For instance the Electric Trailer Brake Assembly part # AKEBRK-6R you looked at goes on the passenger's side and puts the longer shoe in the rear. Part # AKEBRK-6L would be for the driver's side and will also put the long shoe in the rear.
