Hi, Will a front bumper from a 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500HD fit on a 2005 Silverado 1500HD?

Some will, some won't. For example the Westin Sportsman Grille Guard # 45-1240 will fit a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD and 3500 but not the 1500HD. Then you have some like the Westin E-Series Bull Bar # 31-5240 which will fit a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado 1500HD, 2500HD and 3500.
From what I've found you'll have cross compatibility with most bull bars but when it comes to a big grille guard, they will need another hardware set. If you have a particular grill guard in mind, we can see if there is a bracket kit for it and if there is we will be able to install it on both the 1500HD and the 2500HD.
