Hi, if the trailer I am looking at is listed as having a GVWR of 9985 pounds will my 2011 F150 ecoboost tow it ... dealer says the empty weight of the trailer UVW is 7123 pounds

Your 2011 Ford F-150 with the 3.5 liter Ecoboost has a very impressive towing capacity of 11,300 lbs so it would easily be able to tow the weight of the trailer you mentioned with capacity to spare even when fully loaded.

To install a Curt fifth wheel hitch similar to what you referenced you'd want the slider hitch part # 16516 and the rail kit part # C16441-204 and you'd be set.
