It can be installed on roof racks that are rated for 165 lbs capacity but they can not work with roof racks that require clips for fit. It is compatible with vehicles that have raised side rails, fixed mounting points, or flush side rails. The extra weight is largely supported by the ladder of the tent.

If you have the flush mounted side rails on your 2016 Lexus RX 350 then I recommend the Inno Roof Rack consisting of # INXB123-130, # INXS450, and # INTR163. This is rated for 165 lbs and is able to utilize that rooftop tent.
