Does 3,500 lb Electric Jack Have Enough Capacity for 9,000 lb Trailer

Jayco 31bhs. My trailer gross weight is 9000 pounds. Would this jack work on my trailer?

The 3,500 lb capacity of the Electric Jack with Footplate # EJ-3520-BBX absolutely has the capacity for your 9,000 lb Jayco trailer. An A-frame jack such as this one only needs to be able to support the tongue weight of your trailer, which is generally in the 10 percent to 15 percent range, so this jack has plenty of capacity.
