Locating the Model Number for a Replacement Tail Light Lens
Question:
how do I find the model number? The red cover lens has a dot # that does not appear any where as a model #. P2PCA 99

Expert Reply:
The lens will typically have a DOT number, but not a model number. A replacement lens is usually determined by the model number of the light itself. There should be a model number printed on the back of the light.
If you have a square incandescent over 80 inch light like the Optronics Submersible Trailer Light, # ST5RB, that you referenced, then the Replacement Tail Light Lens, # A8RB, on your light.
If not, then you can send me the model number of the light you have and I can make a recommendation for a replacement lens.
