The 6.50x16 is an older tire size that's not really available anymore but when mounted has a height/diameter of just under 30 inches (29.90 inches to be exact).

The closest modern size equivalent we have to this in terms of height and width is a ST235/85R16 tire like the Provider # TTWPRG235R16, which has a height/diameter of 31.73 inches and a width of 9.25 inches. It fits onto 16 inch x 6 inch wheels like the excellent Dexstar Silver Modular # AM20760, which features an 8 on 6-1/2 inch bolt pattern.

This particular Provider tire has a maximum load of 3,860 pounds at 110 psi and a speed rating of 81 mph. I have attached a couple short video reviews that you can check out as well.
