Spare Tire Cover For 2005 Honda CR-V With 215/65-16 Tire

I need a honda crv 2005/2006 spare tire cover. My wheel size is 215/65/16. What size spare tire cover should I get? Also, for hubcap size is it equivalent to the 16inch in that series of numbers?
