Yes, the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount # BWTS20037C that you referenced will fit and work well with the Rock Tamers Mud Flap System # ERT00108.
The Rock Tamers just need an inch of shank length on the ball mount to extend past the receiver, and since the Tow & Stow features two possible hitch pin holes, you will be able to maintain this clearance without an issue on your hitch. I have attached a couple short video demonstrations that you can check out as well.
