Troubleshooting Inaccurate Touchscreen for Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Remote

Question:

My remote control for my keystone outback RV trailer reads the wrong number when you touch a number. Like touch 5 and it displays 1. What can I do to fix it?

I spoke with my contact at Lippert who said that if you press the silver button on the Touchscreen Remote # LC358601 10 times (prior to entering any code) then the remote will go into a calibration mode. If this doesn't fix your problem then the remote is bad and it needs to be replaced.
