I do have a possible brake controller that you can use but unfortuantely I can't really help you out with locating your stop light switch on a 2007 Freightliner Century Semi. The only advice I can really give is to use a circuit tester # PTW2992 or multimeter # PTW1714 to test which wire gets hot when you press the brake pedal. Other than that none of my resources have information on the location of the stop light wire for your 2007 Freightliner Century Semi.
If you can't find the stop light switch then I recommend using the Curt Echo brake controller # C51180. This is a wireless controller that pairs with an Apple (8.0 or newer OS) or Android (4.4 and newer OS) smart device and allows you to change the various settings via Bluetooth. The great thing about this brake controller is that it only requires the basic trailer lighting functions and the 12V power pin to operate. Attached is a review video you can reference as well.
