Looks like the towing capacity of a 2006 Ford F-350 would be between 8,100 to 13,600 lbs depending on how it's equipped. For a fifth wheel hitch the Reese part # RP30081 that you referenced would be a great solution. It has a jaw design that holds the trailer tightly to prevent noise and movement.
For a rail kit I'd recommend a custom install kit like the part # RP50082-58 which will minimize install time and drilling.
