Will the Yakima FrontLoader Upright Bike Mount strike my rear hatch when it is open fully?

The Yakima FrontLoader part # Y02103 that you referenced installed on your 2019 Subaru Outback with factory crossbars will allow you to open your rear hatch as it can be reversed so that the track portion would stick forward of the front crossbar instead. Most likely it would still work facing forward but worst case scenario you could turn it around backwards.
