You recommend for quiet roof rack the Thule 2 pieces for 200 plus dollars .what other parts if any do I need to install it.

We can help you with a quiet Thule WingBar roof rack for your 2018 Toyota Prius Prime with a standard metal roof without fixtures.
If you like the silver bars # TH711400 that you referenced then you'll just need to add parts # TH710501 and # TH145029, which are the rack feet and the fit kit for your Prime. If you prefer a rack with black bars then just substitute part # TH711420. These parts are shown in the linked review videos.
The racks come with complete installation instructions.
