We have some air bag kits that are compatible with 5th wheel base rail kits but I would need to know what brand base rails you have on your 2000 Ford F-250. If you could let me know or send me a picture of the base rails and the brackets they install with I can let you know if they will work or not.

Thank you for the pictures! I believe that you have an older Reese base rail kit installed on your F-250. From your pictures it looks like the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57393 should work but you need to verify that the hole in your frame that the bolt for the top bracket goes through isn't covered up by your base rails. If you check out the attached photo from the instructions you can see what bolt hole I am referencing. I also recommend installing an air compressor kit like the Air Lift Load Controller II # AL25592 which gives you the luxury of filling your air bags when a compressor isn't nearby.
